IHF (D) centrifugal pump is a derivative of IHF centrifugal pump, which is developed to meet the performance requirements of IHF centrifugal pump and is limited by the work site. All the flow passage parts are made of fluorine plastic or fluorine plastic alloy, with a wide range of corrosion resistance; the base is made of metal with strong pressure-bearing capacity; the shaft seal adopts advanced WB2 external bellows mechanical seal with reliable sealing performance; it adopts short support direct connection structure, and the impeller shaft and motor shaft adopt reliable Morse taper to transfer torque, meanwhile the pump occupies a small area.
The IHF Fluorine Plastic Centrifugal Pump is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant pump designed to handle aggressive chemicals and corrosive fluids in demanding industrial applications. Constructed from advanced fluorine plastics such as PTFE, PFA, and PVDF, the pump offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of harsh chemicals, acids, alkalis, and solvents, making it ideal for industries such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and water treatment.
Standard design
IHF series centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and GB standards.
Its performance, rated performance point and size are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858.
GB/T5662 axial suction centrifugal pumps (16bar) marks,performance and size
GB/T5656 centrifugal pumps technical requirements(II).
Advanced lining process
The pump body and cover are made of metal (HT200) lined with fluoroplastic.The impeller is pressure sintered fluorine plastic alloy with metal insert(WCB) .
Advantages: wide range of corrosion resistance, high strength and durability.
Two kinds of sealing structures
This series of pumps adopt two kinds of sealing methods: single-face mechanical seal and cartridge double-face mechanical seal, which can be selected according to specific working conditions.
