HPA/HPE series petrochemical process pump is our self-developed chemical pump products, the series product design, manufacture, inspection and test strictly implement the API610 standard.HPA series is OH1 type structure, foot support, design pressure 2.5MPa.HPE series is OH2 type structure with centerline support and design pressure of 5.0MPa. Full range of pumps only 7 types of bearing components, with a strong universal interchangeability. The coupling uses a double diaphragm coupling with an extended section, which eliminates the need to disassemble rotor parts and motors during maintenance. The maintenance is convenient. Cartridge mechanical seal is standard, and can implement API682 standard, according to the working conditions with different flushing and cooling sealing system.
The minimum material grade of petrochemical pro-cess pumps produced by our company is stainless steel, common materials include SS304, SS316L, 2205, 2507, etc.
